The Château de la Blérité is a family owned estate in the French Périgord Vert region, 10 km from the market town of Ribérac, and in the heart of the La Double forest.
The château is fully renovated, with surrounding land extending to over 200 hectares, which includes forest, small lakes, and a river for swimming and fishing. This property is in an idyllic setting, a perfect place to escape with family and friends.
The estate can comfortably accommodate nineteen guests in the main building with the option to use additional space for a further six guests in the summer house, taking the total to twenty-five guests.
The Château has fourteen rooms adorned with period furniture, comprising nine large bedrooms, five bathrooms, with both baths and modern showers, and a fully equipped characterful kitchen. Outside there is a beautifully appointed 12 metre private swimming pool.
The summer house has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped modern kitchen.
